Quality is at the core of our business. NYACOL® has been assessed and approved by National Quality Assurance, U.S.A. against the provisions of ISO 9001:2015, with our first certificate issued in 1996.

NYACOL® is committed to meeting the requirements set forth in the EU REACH (Registration Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) legislation and is duly working with our appointed Only Representative, ReFaC, part of C.S.B. GmbH (CSB), to ensure chemicals are registered according to REACH regulation. We support ongoing research initiatives carried out to ensure our products are safely produced and used.
The pre-registration or registration number for those products exported to the EU is included in the product SDS.

NYACOL® is a full member of i2a, International Antimony Association, incorporated under Belgian law as a non-profit association. The Association’s main focus is to ensure that antimony and antimony compounds are produced and traded worldwide in compliance with the highest standards with regard to health, safety and environmental regulations. NYACOL® is a leading producer of antimony pentoxide which was registered under REACH in 2013.

NYACOL’s products are registered with Chemtrec. Chemtrec serves as a round-the-clock resource for emergency responders involved with hazardous materials incidents and dangerous goods.

NYACOL is an associate member of the NPCA.
